Hotel is ok for the price and the star classification. Location is quite close to a metro line with connection to the Duome and Milano Centrale. The room is quite small, but ok for a weekend and clean. It lacks for example of plugs for laptops and the number of plugs is very limited. Staff is friendly and helpful.

hotel is located in an old beautiful building 9-10 minutes away from metro which is 3 stations away from the dome really nice people working there:) good price, clean bathroom is separated but is somehow secluded and it s not so upsetting the only minus is that being an old bulding, you can hear absolutely everything though the walls

Very unethical behaviour, Not trustable. Money charged however they confirmed verbally at checkin that I can cancel free of charge. they told me I can cancel the room free of charge, as bathroom was not in good condition and there was no other room in the hotel available. I trusted the words and left the hotel however later money did not refund. When I contact them they denied it and told me to go to Parliman if I have any problem. The reception told me it is fine I can cancel free of charge, however they sent booking an email same time that money will not refund. As I was not in the loop of email I did not see the conversation and only trust the reception.

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The room was a bit old-fashioned, but clean and the overall location was good. Price / value ratio was alright. However, the walls are very thin. When a couple came home in the evening and was talking for one hour pretty loud, we could hear everything and not sleep anymore. Therefore, overall 4 stars.

Super friendly and helpful staff, we met with Aldo and Carlo. Location is good , 600 meters from metro station wich is 3 stops away from Duomo. A lot of nearby places to drink coffee or eat lunch.

Even tho the rooms are old fashioned i didnt care. Clean room Comfy bed and friendly staff. The area around the hotel is great and metro station is 8 mins away. Also the staff helped me with the 2 separate bookings i had with no issue at all.

Disappointed. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable! Cheap and old mattresses that hurt your back during the night after a long day of walking through the city. The staff are nice but completely useless, couldn't even help with an extra pillow... Besides that, the rooms are ok, though poorly decorated and the location is also fine about a 10 minute drive from the center and a 5 minute walk to the metro station.
